Charley the Saintly Ghost - Builde 'em Clone 'em!

I'd love to hear from you.
Obviously, I don't want to give out my phone number to the whole world though. Nor do I want to receive advertisements. What I'm looking for is quality relationships with our old Ghost Surfer members. I believe you are still out there. And I'd like to finish what we started ten years ago. And if you weren't a member but would like to be, just let me know. You're welcome here too.

Secondly, I'd like to send you an email - just in case I get any exciting news - like somebody just invested $50 million in Ghostsurfer Intl's revival and we're ready to rise from the dead. Something like that. It will be the kind of email that you really wouldn't want to miss. So you're going to have to give me an address that you actually check.

So here's what we'll do. Fill out the form below. And give me your story. Tell me all about what you've been doing with yourself for the past ten years. If you've got any ghost stories, share them. Tell me about your loved ones. Tell me how your family has drawn close and how you've memorialized them. If you want me to post your stories on the site, I may be able to. And I'll even be happy to send back links to your business, if you're in business. But ONLY if you spend time writing your story and catching up first.

When you fill out this form you also need to leave a good phone number and email address. Don't expect an autoresponse. If I feel led to post your story on this site I'll call you. Then I'll let you know my email address, and maybe become FaceBook friends or something and we can take if from there.

Let My People Go!
That's the caption on the clock on my wall. [pictured below]. It has been there since September 2001 and it stays there until the Ghosties reappear- this time for good.

Let My People Go! - This clock stays on my wall until it happens.

New Here?
Ghostsurfers.com was the web domain for Ghostsurfers Intl. The domain name was sold by the people I gave my company to. I have now purchased ghost-surfers.com so I can tell the story of the original GhostSurfers.com. Don't get us confused with Ghostsurf - a software program that covers your tracks. We have nothing to do with that. And we are not associated with the punk band, Ghost Surfers, either. All those are new. And we don't have a team of lawyers here that is able to stop them from taking our name.

Uh, ... maybe later.

In the meantime, you are probably wondering how it is that people got paid to surf the web. Wouldn't it be nice if FaceBook paid you by the hour to share with your friends? Well, that is exactly what we did. You will notice that while FaceBook is running, there are advertisements on the right side of your page. That is how FaceBook makes some of their money. What we did, was we shared a portion of that revenue with our members. And the more friends you brought into the network, the greater your share. There were a few people who understood this back in 2000. That is why so many members joined so fast and Ghostsurfers.com became the leader in the Surf4Pay industry. But that was just the beginning of the story. Click here to learn more ...

Member Links Still Out There?!
On top of losing all my email correspondence and everything on my own computers, including all of the books I had written, I lost all of the corporate images during the hacking. The Russian programmers left their mark in the few files they let remain - not just on the server in Tallahassee, but also on my home computer. On the one hand I received emails asking for money for our contact data. On the other, they left a file called "russian.trojan" in the remains on my home computers. It was like leaving a fish in a newspaper, if you catch my drift. They had been led to believe, (incorrectly), that we had failed to pay for their programming.

In any event, not only did they delete the web site, but they deleted everything I had ever worked on - 11 books I had written, thousands of emails. (Does anyone out there remember those long emails I used to write?). In short, they very deliberately crippled me so I couldn't tell you what had happened or rebuild. So in thinking it might now be time to bring GhostSurfers up from the grave I had to go online to see if anyone had copied any of the Ghost Surfer images and get them back. Sure enough, even though the web site itself has been off line for more than seven years, there are still a number of member links pointing to Ghostsurfers.com member pages. And even though the pages themselves are long dead, a good many of our images were retrievable from the links pointing to them. The web remembers. And the ghosts are still out there. Here are some examples ...

Julsha's Cafe Press Site - Nice designs Julsha! Hope you made some sales!

Epinion Review - 3 1/2 checks on sixteen epinions. Not shabby.

Kirkland84 on Fortune City - Good plug! Though I recommend you look at the Patent App. to see what we were really about.

SpiritRider Sig File - Thanks for the promo SpiritRider!

Network54 Forum - We are ghosties. And we were killed. But a remnant is still there. Do you like hunting for ghosts? Here is a discussion of the GhostSurfer Game dating to Feb., 2001. For more info on the Ghostsurfer Game read the Patent App. This links to a third-party member discussion forum that never got deleted.
